Wide and continuous Boulevard for exclusive use of pedestrians, which provides spatial exploration with multiple activities and visual surprises within the composite landscape context, guided by sustainability assumptions.
The configuration of the living and circulation planes, as well as the distribution of the furniture and vegetation areas reinforce the idea of the urban environment where the dynamism and diversity of shapes, colors, and styles create a rich mosaic that offers the individual numerous possibilities of paths and landscapes.
Despite the areas having different uses, all obey the common concepts and intentions such as the pursuit of balance between individual vs. collective, unity vs. diversity, variation vs. repetition.

GREEN BUFFER ZONE
The vegetation cover will transform the Boulevard and its adjoining areas in a “green buffer zone,” which inserted in the future surrounding urban context will make the building volume to stand out this “vegetated mass.” The vegetal repertoire will also promote the sensory, spatial and ecological quality of the site.
Complementing the vegetation composition, water bodies with horizontal and vertical effects and sprays strategically located will have as their basic functions to create different visual effects and promote the environmental quality, and improve the thermal comfort to the users.

THE PEDESTRIAN – LEADING STAR
Paths, living spaces, food courts, etc., will incorporate to the green ensemble, to provide users with different visual, spatial, physical, multifunctional (walk, relax, contemplate, socialize, eat, drink, etc.) surprises.

THE VEHICLE – SPATIAL SUPPORTING ROLE
The road system, with its respective parking slots and sidewalks will have a trace and treatment integrated to the boulevard, so that the pedestrian points out as a primary user of the ensemble.

WATER
Complementing the vegetation composition, water bodies with horizontal and vertical effects and sprays strategically located will have as their basic functions to create different visual effects and promote the environmental quality, and improve the thermal comfort of the users.

MATERIALS
A few, but emphasizing planes create contrasts of shapes, volumes, horizontality and verticality.
