To think of Recife is to recall the Frevo dance with its rich and vibrant costumes, which turn into graphics and sculptural elements of the architectural and landscaping context.

ARRIVAL TO THE SHOPPING CENTRE
Visual and physical resources such as the narrowing and widening of roads and sidewalks, bumper stripes, axle of native palms, printed floors with multicolored strips to slow down the speed, and for enjoyment of the scenery built for the mall.

AVENUES
Striped graphic pattern (of the shirts) combined with ripples (of the coils) mark the floors of central Avenue with visual effects both at the pedestrian level and aerial.
At the corners, the use of “umbrellas” built for shading, and visual landmarks combined with undulating benches (referring to the coils) reinforce the concept adopted.

ROUNDABOUT
Dense massive flamboyant trees with majestic floral effect mark this area, which in addition to being the focal point of the avenues, brings together four axles reinforced by visual sculptures representing the dance steps of the Frevo.

SECONDARY STREETS
Their sidewalks receive treatment of flooring in strips with softened design and generous free zone for the circulation of pedestrians.
Afforestation, strategically located shadows benches and parking slots.

BOARDWALK
An important link between the main Avenue and the square undergoes exclusive treatment though integrated into the context with rest areas in circular shapes referring to the shadows of the “umbrellas,” elements that are also inserted in order to create “places within the place.”

THE SQUARE
Meeting and socialization spot for people who live and work on the project.
Space sheltered between lots for dating, socialization, relaxation, culture, and artistic expression that merge the concept applied to the urban design and strengthens local culture through the stripes on the floors, “ribbons” (movement of the panels of the pergola), staggered wet panels (reefs), Frevo poems printed on columns, etc.
